You'll have the opportunity to explore our model homes on the 13th floor. We also invite you to enjoy the San Diego sunshine on our 20th floor roof deck. Our sales team will be available to answer questions about purchasing and you can get pre-qualified with our preferred lender.

No. Due to the amount of interest we have in the building we will be showing only a limited number of homes and our amenities during this event. If you'd like to come back to see more homes, simply make an appointment with the sales team!

If you are pre-qualified with our preferred lender and you have identified the home you wish to purchase, then yes! However if you have already taken these important steps, we encourage you to come in BEFORE the event to meet with the sales team and write your contract to ensure no one else purchases your home!

Simply make an appointment in the lobby to come back and meet privately with one of our experienced sales team members. We also encourage you to come in BEFORE the event if you want to see more than the models the weekend of the event.

We have applied for our VA approval and anticipate we will be able to close VA loans in the spring of this year. Our sales team can answer more questions regarding VA financing and purchase in at Smart Corner with a VA loan.

Smart Corner is the in the process of getting FHA approval. The sales team can answer additional questions on FHA loans.
