The San Diego Housing Commission in partnership with the Centre City Development Corporation, The City of San Diego and Smart Corner have teamed up to provide Affordable Housing for qualified buyers.

Applicants for the program must be first-time home buyers, singles making under $60,550 and couples making less than $69,200 combined. The 17 homes offered as inclusionary housing must be owner-occupied and the purchaser is required to put down a 3% deposit at the time of sale. Sales will be determined on a first come, first serve basis of qualified applicants.
