Thank you for your interest in Smart Corner. We would like to reward you for introducing your clients to us! Simply complete the Referral Fee agreement and we will take care of the rest.

The units in Smart Corner will start closing as soon as July 2007 and building tours are now available. Your buyers have a full range of homes to choose from including studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom SmartLofts and top level Sky Vue Lofts. All of which include interior design consulting services!

As consideration for introducing your Buyer, Seller hereby agrees that Referring Agent/Broker is entitled to a referral fee, provided that all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agent Registration & Referral Fee Agreement are fully satisfied.

Referring Agent is entitled to a Referral Fee only if a Referral Agreement is in effect as of the date Buyer executes a Purchase Agreement, and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement are fully satisfied. The Referral Fee will be paid to Referring Agent as Three Percent (3%) and will be paid by Seller to Referring Agent at close of escrow. If Referring Agent is employed by a Broker, the Referral Fee will be paid to Broker.

*Broker co-op does not apply to Affordable Housing Units
