Lazur Davis
Lazur Davis joins the Smart Corner team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate throughout Southern California. Lazur began her career in real estate nearly three years ago in residential sales in Palm Springs before relocating to San Diego in 2005. She then associated with The Ryness Company in new homes sales, specifically new construction condominiums in Downtown San Diego.

Lazur has a broad knowledge of the changing downtown urban market. She has formal training in all areas of new home sales including certification from The Ryness Company along with credentials from the National Home Builders Association. She�s a Certified New Homes Sales Professional.

Lazur is a seasoned agent and will be managing escrow closings and residential move-ins for Smart Corner as well as helping buyers purchase their new condo.

Ewald Gruber
Ewald Gruber brings international education and experience to the Smart Corner team! Born and raised in Austria, Ewald received his education and background in sales, marketing and customer service in Europe. He has been a resident of San Diego for over 20 years and his passion for real estate and the urban market lead him toward his current career in Downtown San Diego’s real estate market.

Ewald received his real estate training and on-going education through Highland Bay Real Estate Training Institute and San Diego Building Industry Association. He associated with Barratt American in the Urban division prior to teaming up with Smart Corner. Ewald has extensive knowledge of the Smart Corner building and personal tours can be schedule with him every Friday, Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
